How many movies you have watched pertaining to serial killers, or genres in thriller or suspense were the story usually fall on killing or oppressing the weaklings for 'fun', sadistic acts. Why are you always worried when these person's nerves are dead but why are they clandestinely hiding from the crowd?

Before we run down the list of "FBI Most Wanted With US$100,000 Money Tags", we will spot the common denominators of these murderers akin serial killers.

Will this had to do with everyone? Bravely, yes, setting on the side the monetization rewards, we should not ignore the fact of keeping our surrounding with sound 'insurance' - for the sake of our childrens, to the community, and last to ourselves to gain utmost security.

What is the difference between serial killer and murderers?

Serial killer, such as Ted Bundy or Luis Garavito, are a person with abnormal psychological satisfaction to kill or murders three or more people. Whilst murderers choose to kill with time intervals or setting, when is the suitable time to 'poach'.



Scientifically there is a specific disorder termed as - Severe Emotional Detachment: or person with dissociative disorders, an equivocal-pathological liars, an inability to connect with others on an emotional level nor have a feeling of remorse, its a way of coping mechanisms to avoid the stressful situations - according to psychologist, SEDs is the toughest among 'mental abnormalities' known to human to diagnose, because an individual suffering from this specific mental disorder are not aware of it, due to their lack of conscience, tendencies to fake or hide their emotions, they don't know exactly what real emotion is.

1) They appear as an average person, loved to be around by people seeking an attention of the community or its close relatives on the grimmiest corner they were like Fred West.


2) They are always a superficial charmers, skilled in obtaining people's confidence, at their best in persuading someone, offenders on this category appear to be charming, charismatic, and goodlooking such as H. H. Holmes or Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev.



3) Self-centered braggart, someone that selfishly self-absorbing to make him look better than others for instance Tsutomu Miyazaki, a Japanese serial killer whom preserved his victims as his trophies, and Trevor Hardy, known 'Beast of Manchester,' after bragging his killing achievements to his younger brother which led him to arrest.



4) Manipulator, Serial killers are often able to manipulate a situation in order to pass the blame for their actions, using hot-button issues of the day or science based studies emulating to explain their actions; for instance Dr. Harold Shipman or the cult leader Jim Jones famous for his 'drinking cool aid.'



5) Megalomaniac, or in medical term 'feel of grandeur,' an unrealistic sense of superiority, in order for the murderer to mask his weaknesses, exaggerating actions, to control people around them thru black mail, such as Peter Scully.



Usually these are the common comments to this type of person which doesn't act or look like an insane:

‘I can’t believe it was him.’

‘He seemed like such a normal person.’

‘Everyone on this street liked him so much.’

‘He was always so polite and nice to everyone.’

1) ALEXIS FLORES
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Kidnapping, Murder

Alexis Flores is wanted for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a five-year-old girl in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The girl was reported missing in late July of 2000, and later found strangled to death in a nearby apartment in early August of 2000. Flores has ties to Honduras.



2) JASON DEREK BROWN
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - First Degree Murder, Armed Robbery

Brown speaks fluent French and has a Masters Degree in International Business. He is an avid golfer, snowboarder, skier, and dirt biker. Brown enjoys being the center of attention and has been known to frequent nightclubs where he enjoys showing off his high-priced vehicles, boats, and other toys. Brown was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and completed his Mormon mission near Paris, France.

Brown has ties to California, Arizona, and Utah. In the past, he has traveled to France and Mexico. Additionally, he may be in the possession of a Glock 9mm and a .45 caliber handgun.

Jason Derek Brown is wanted for murder and armed robbery in Phoenix, Arizona. During November of 2004, Brown allegedly shot and killed an armored car guard outside a movie theater and then fled with the money.



3) EDUARDO RAVELO
Conspiracy to Conduct the Affairs of an Enterprise, Through a Pattern of Racketeering Activity; Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with the Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances; Conspiracy to Import Controlled Substances; Conspiracy to Launder Monetary Instruments; Conspiracy to Kill Persons in a Foreign Country; Murder Resulting from the Use and Carrying of a Firearm During and in Relation to Crimes of Violence and Drug Trafficking; Murder in Aid of Racketeering Activity.

The FBI is offering an up to $100,000 reward for information leading directly to the arrest of Top Ten Fugitive Eduardo Ravelo, who is charged in connection with the murders of a pregnant U.S. Consulate employee, her husband, and their friend in Mexico seven years ago.

Ravelo is known to be a Captain (Capo) within the Barrio Azteca criminal enterprise and is allegedly responsible for issuing orders to the Barrio Azteca members residing in Juarez, Mexico. Allegedly, Ravelo and the Barrio Azteca members act as "hitmen" for the Vicente Carrillo Fuentes Drug Trafficking Organization and are responsible for numerous murders. Ravelo has ties to Mexico and El Paso, Texas. He may have had plastic surgery and altered his fingerprints.

Eduardo Ravelo, aka “Tablas”, is being sought for his alleged involvement in the Barrio Azteca transnational gang and their money-laundering, racketeering, and drug-related activities in El Paso, Texas.  Additionally, he is wanted for numerous murders in Juarez, Mexico.  His alleged criminal activities began in 2003.  In 2008 and 2011, Ravelo was indicted in the United States District Court, Western District of Texas.


4) WILLIAM BRADFORD BISHOP, JR.
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Murder With a Blunt Instrument

Bishop has an American Studies degree from Yale University and a Master's Degree in Italian from Middlebury College in Vermont. He was known to read extensively and may have kept a diary or journal. A longtime insomniac, Bishop reportedly had been under psychiatric care in the past and had used medication for depression. He drank scotch and wine and enjoyed eating peanuts and spicy food.

Bishop was, and may still be, an avid outdoorsman, camper, and hiker. He had extensive camping experience in Africa. He also enjoyed canoeing, fishing, swimming, jogging, tennis, skiing and riding motorcycles. Bishop enjoyed working out several times a week. He was also a licensed amateur pilot who learned to fly in Botswana, Africa.

Bishop was described as intense and self-absorbed, prone to violent outbursts, and preferred a neat and orderly environment.

William Bradford Bishop, Jr. is wanted for allegedly bludgeoning to death his wife (age 37), mother (age 68), and three sons (ages 5, 10 and 14) in Bethesda, Maryland, on March 1, 1976. He then allegedly transported their bodies to Columbia, North Carolina, where he buried the bodies in a shallow grave and lit them on fire.


5) YASER ABDEL SAID
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Capital Murder - Multiple

Said's physical features may vary in order to conceal his identity. He always wears dark sunglasses, both indoors and outside. Said was born in Egypt and may seek shelter in communities with Egyptian ties. He frequents Denny's and IHOP restaurants and smokes Marlboro Lights 100s cigarettes. Said has ties to New York, Texas, Virginia, Canada, and Egypt. Said loves dogs, especially tan- and black-colored German Shepherds. Said is known to carry a weapon at all times.

Yaser Abdel Said is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murders of his two teenaged daughters. The girls died of multiple gunshot wounds on January 1, 2008, in Irving, Texas.


6) BHADRESHKUMAR CHETANBHAI PATEL
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Injure.

Patel was last known to be in the Newark, New Jersey, area.

Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel is wanted for allegedly killing his wife by striking her multiple times with an object while they were both working at a donut shop in Hanover, Maryland, on April 12, 2015. A federal arrest warrant was issued in the United States District Court, District of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland, on April 20, 2015, after Patel was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.


7) SANTIAGO VILLALBA MEDEROS
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Murder in the First Degree, Attempted Murder in the First Degree, Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the First Degree, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the Second Degree; Murder in the Second Degree.

Mederos is a known member of the Eastside Lokotes Sureno (ELS) gang. He has ties to Washington State and the states of Guerrero and Morelos in Mexico.  Mederos speaks both English and Spanish.

Santiago Villalba Mederos, aka "Pucho", is wanted for his alleged involvement in several crimes committed in Tacoma, Washington, in 2010. In February, Mederos allegedly fired multiple shots into a random car, killing a 20-year-old girl and seriously wounding her brother. During a fight in March, Mederos allegedly fired a single gunshot towards bystanders, striking and killing an innocent 21-year-old male victim. Mederos was charged with multiple counts for both of these crimes in the Superior Court of Washington for Pierce County, and local arrest warrants were issued for him. On September 30, 2016, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Mederos in the United States District Court, Western District of Washington, Tacoma, Washington, after he was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.


8) ALEJANDRO CASTILLO
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Murder

Castillo's last known residence was in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has ties to Phoenix, Arizona. Castillo was seen crossing into Mexico and may reside in San Francisco de los Romo, Aguascalientes, or Pabellón de Arteaga, Aguascalientes. He also may have traveled to the Mexican states of Guanajuato or Veracruz.

He may wear his hair short and shaved on the sides.

Alejandro Castillo is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a co-worker in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2016. The female victim’s vehicle was located at a bus station in Phoenix, Arizona, on August 15, 2016. On August 17, 2016, the victim’s body was located in a wooded area in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, with a gunshot wound to the head.


9) ROBERT WILLIAM FISHER
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - First Degree Murder (3 Counts), Arson of an Occupied Structure

Robert William Fisher is wanted for allegedly killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Scottsdale, Arizona in April of 2001. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Robert William Fisher.

Fisher is physically fit and is an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and fisherman. He has a noticeable gold crown on his upper left first bicuspid tooth. He may walk with an exaggerated erect posture and his chest pushed out due to a lower back injury. Fisher is known to chew tobacco heavily. He has ties to New Mexico and Florida. Fisher is believed to be in possession of several weapons, including a high-powered rifle.


10) JESUS ROBERTO MUNGUIA
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Murder with a Deadly Weapon, First Degree Kidnap with a Deadly Weapon -- Update: Jesus Roberto Munguia was arrested without incident in Mexico in the early morning hours of February 15, 2018 as a direct result of a citizen recognizing him from his wanted poster.

Munguia is a known TEPA 13 gang member, who continues to have ties to his gang and their activities. Munguia has ties to Los Angeles and Bakersfield, California.

Jesus Roberto Munguia, a convicted felon, is wanted for allegedly kidnapping and murdering his wife in Las Vegas, Nevada, on July 2, 2008. Munguia was charged with murder with a deadly weapon and first degree kidnap with a deadly weapon by the Justice Court, Las Vegas Township, Clark County, Nevada, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest, on July 3, 2008. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, District of Nevada, on July 9, 2008, after Munguia was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Murderers are not mentally ill. They don’t suffer seizures, blackouts, or lose track of reality due to their condition. In fact, they’re not only masters at appearing normal to everyone around them, they’re also experts at gaining people’s trust.

Unknown serial bank rober with a codename  'Froggy Robber,' still at large, according to the FBI it is responsible for up to six bank robberies in Oregon and Southwest Washington since October 2017.

Malcolm Naden, an Australian fugitive and serial killer, infamous for being caught in the zoo, as he lived with dangerous animals, even killing a tortoise for him to ate and survived, getting away from the sight of authorities.

These people may have killed numbers of innocent people. These murderers may have murdered due to a sense that they can no longer feel or the numbing-coldness longed them, could be the effect of abnormal structures within the family, in the community, in the society, lost their way home. A disorder that has lost its path to be cured, identified, saved, and healed. We haven't covered yet those innocent victims of genocide attack and civil wars for their death and those whom survived with 'open-wounds'.
