Practicing a vegetarian diet? Have you heard a local news - wondering - that there are hundredths of dead fish on particular body of water? Trees and plants refuse to grow on specific land. Crazy people are common or usually originated from rural areas? Children born with defects. Animals like birds gone wild in the city. No more called wildlife in your town? Why does the promise of longevity commonly applies to old fashioned type of people?

Have you ever wonder why Doctors' use to say or prescribed to avoid all kinds flowers, or foods such as tomato, cucumber or eggplant, or even eating poultry products? However its not that too clear - why all the answer they give is it may can cause an allergic reaction, maybe due to pollens or its microorganisms, or maybe there is more to that such as these [undisclosed] deadly chemicals. Allergic reaction is might just a simple word as it is easy as fine to ignore - though in the field of medicine it is considered fatal especially to kids, elderly, and pregnant women.

There are a lot of 'things coming from poisonous people' I like to mention on this article however to cut the chase, what are 'untold ingredients' present on your favorite fruits, vegetables, flowers, milk, beef steak? One more time, we scratched the internet to treasure trove these 'untold ingredients,' is it for the farmers' winning game or just for the firms whom formulate these chemicals?

This post is not intended to be complete nor for a professional advice.

1) Acephate its other names are Orthene; 30560-19-1; Acetamidophos; Ortran; and Ortril - first use by US in 1973, a general-use insecticide mainly for killing ants and aphids; to protect vegetable and horticulture plants such as lettuce, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, rose and among other ornamental plants.

It has a strong odor similar to sulfur that available in powder, concentrates, and earosol.

Cons: Whenever it is used it oozed a toxic fumes of sulfur, nitrogen, and phosphorous that can cause irritation of eyes and skin, it poses risk as well to birds such as sparrows.

2) BENOMYL its other names are Benlate; 17804-35-2; Fundazol; Agrocit; and Uzgen - a fungicide, introduced by DuPont from US in 1968, also to ward-off earthworms that can be destructive to tubers or rootcrops. It is colorless to white crystals with a smell of faint acrid.

Cons: Can cause allergic skin irritation for chronic exposure especially for farmers, florist and pickers; toxic to dogs which can lead to liver cirrhosis and death; exposed risk to pregnant women that enough to cause childbirth defects such as the settlement case, 'children born without eyes' of this chemical giant DuPont back in year 2009 article. Its a soil pollutant which does not dissolve in water for atleast a year.

3) Carbendazim its other names are 10605-21-7; Carbendazole; Mecarzole; Bavistin; and Carbendazime - introduced in 1992, it is light gray to beige powder, for fungicidal purposes that control attack on plantation of strawberries, apples, bananas, pineapples, macadamia, citrus, loquat, and wheat farms.

Cons: It is debated whether it can cause infertility on animals; or its enough to damaged testicular organ on human males.

4)Deltamethrin its other names are Decamethrin; Decamethrine; Butox; Decis; and K-Othrine - or know as in its trade name 'DeltaGard,' most popular insecticide globally, it was introduced in the market on 1974, characteristically its odorless, colorless white to light beige and it can come to any form either crystals, chalk, sprays, or granules. Mutated vectors such as mosquitoes or bedbugs are no longer affected by this chemical.

Cons: This chemical is considered water pollutant as it harmful to aquatic mammals and fisheries; when the particles inhaled its enough to cause an asthma, a precaution to skin contact that can cause neurotoxicity to humans symptoms such as limb weakness or numbness, loss of memory or intellect, obsessive and/or compulsive behaviors, and headache. It is also considered lethal to farm animals when exposed to this substance.

5) Dodemorph its other names are Doazine; Meltatox; 4-Cyclododecyl-2,6-dimethylmorpholine; 1593-77-7; and Dodemorphe - it is used for fungicide to combat powdery mildews, develop on 1967 in Italy, it is effective in Cannabis plantation to ward off bugs though Cannabis will be no longer effective as there is an adverse effect of the present fungicidal chemical. It is also use as a wood preservative.

Cons: Corrosive to skin, eye irritant, enough to cause birth defects or miscarriage, toxic to human kidneys for prolonged exposure. Very hazardous to aquatic life.

6) Ethepon its other names are 2-Chloroethylphosphonic acid; 16672-87-0; (2-Chloroethyl)phosphonic acid; Ethrel and Chlorethephon - famous for plant growth regulator that commonly used for ornamental plants to bear flowers on farms, synthetic fruit ripener before fruits delivered to market, and to ward off weeds or unwanted vegetation. Studies shown that on trees [rubber, cherry, walnut, apple, olive, lemon], also on farm crops,[tobacco, pineapple, potatoes, squash, cucumber, tomatoes, grapes, and peach], that will benefit the most due to its ethylene metabolite enough to cause a spike in growth sprout.

Cons: Grazing farm animals like cows their meat can be contaminated of this chemical because 90% of the portion of this chemical remain unexcreted in urine nor feces, it has still debated if this specific chemical is enough to trigger cancer to human bodies, for now its not.

There is distinct taste between naturally riped fruits from synthetically grown or ripened, same goes with ornamental flowers: the strength of its scent when smell.

7) Methomyl also know as Lannate, Mesomile, or Nudrin - introduced in 1966, solely used for herbicidal, warding off earth worms and among related pest nematodes on vegetables, tobacco, cotton, alfalfa, soybean, and corn. Its characteristically white crystals with mild sulfuric odor.

Cons: 12mg dose is lethal to humans (putting this away from children and those with swings of depression), known to cause disturb sleeping patterns, cancer, diabetes to humans, and imbalanced on melatonin prolonged exposure may lead to psychological disorders and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. Cow's milk for animals exposed to this chemical may posed risk to humans.

8) Monocrotophos or also known as Azodrin, Nuvacron, Corophos, Monocron - its a colorless crystals to reddish-brown, with a mild ester odor. A powerful insecticide with wide range of pests that it can terminate on farm crops, fruits, vegetables, and ornamental plants.

Cons: When exposed it can cause genotoxicity or mutagenic which human cells will behave abnormally enough to cause cancer diseases, also it can cause depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia due to a low level in monoamine, a human neurochemicals that involved in mental health. Beware of farm animals grazed on grass that are exposed to this chemicals which can be harbor by a person consuming it. Damage to heart. Use of proper protective equipment when using this chemical as it passes through simple skin contact, eyes, even on palm and soles. If it has ingested or made a skin contact immediately seek a physician.

9) Methiocarb - aka mercaptodimethur or mesurol, used to terminate slugs, snails, ticks, termites, ranged of farm crop insects, ward off birds, poisonous to rodents, and weed out unwanted vegetations. It is colorless to white crystalline powder with phenol like smell. This is commonly used to farm crops that too attractive to different pests such as potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, corn, oranges, nectarines, grapefruit, and cucumbers.

Cons: Toxic to human liver, very hazardous to aquatic life and on environment as it considered radioactive, when heated or burned it releases toxic fumes sulfur dioxide, dust particles are explosives.

10) Phenothrine aka Sumithrin, Phenoxythrin, Pibutin - an insecticide to widerange of crops, also used to kill adult fleas, ticks, and treat human head lice. It is pale to brownish yellow liquid, non corrosive.

Cons: Extremely toxic to bees that can endanger trees and plants' flower pollination second is decrease supply of naturally made honey, dangerous to aquatic life due to its radioactive properties, poses to developed gynecomastia or 'man's boobs', human breast cancer, lethal to cats and dogs.

Are these kitchen measures enough: peeling, rinsing it thoroughly, soaking in salt or vinegar, wearing gloves, avoid smelling it, or have you eaten it already?

You may see this circulated news around India and Philippines with its title: "Pesticide poisoning claimed 272 lives of farmers in Maharashtra in 4 years." Here "Cocolisap bugs infest over 100,000 coconut trees – reports" Here

We listed this ten commonly found chemicals in treating our food though there are still left unscrubbed, that have similar precipitating biological effects to humans, to domesticated and wild animals, to aquatic life, most of all - to endangered species of animals and plants:

Experiencing one or multiple signs and symptoms, immediately seek a medical assistance for an antidote and proper emergency management.

I agree to that there are fruits, vegetables, grains, and rootcrops with megapower in antioxidants, betacarotenes, phytochemicals, naturally occurring minerals, and so on and so forth that can help improve our health, relieved from fear of death, get ugly and old - but what are the sense of all these shticks if the weight of these 'poisonous chemicals' are heavier than the advantages of all these 'foods'?

There are a lot of advancements going on around in this planet specifically on arrays of technologies; how will it greatly improved, make our life easy - not only for people working on the suburbs - as well as to people on farms, planting crops and domesticating livestocks, caring for our food. Realistically people are most endowed life on the city rather on focusing, developing, and innovating - its time and energy on farming - for more sustainable, safe, and sound livelihood for everyone.

We haven't yet touched 'bioprospecting' or also known as biopiracy, commonly referred to exploiting indigenous crops, native practices of indigenous people, and endemic wildlife by means of putting a patent on it meaning its illegal to be copied, divulged, or reverse engineer; and what is GMO or non-GMO?

According to World Meters website, currently there are 7.6 billion people breathing around on this Earth and need to eat. How many are left from this huge number of beings on this planet with, a courageous, real heart? Think of it. Anyway, you have bargains or an acquiescence reach me at qolfera@gmail.com.
