Unhappy Rogue Twitter Bots

Today, when I open my Twitter account, the hashtags for purging internet bots are bleeding for loosing a large number of followers: Twitter deleted up to a million fake accounts just this past month January, 2018, the New York Daily News reported. I decided to create this bot related article to widen our eyes about it, to increase our magnification ability.

Bots, short for "robots," is an automatic software program that copies human behavior on social networking sites. It is composed of artificial intelligence, text mining, and data analysis software. This bot do have abilities in accessing to a collection of data in general information also events that are trending allowing them to recognize references to craft convincing messages.

Basically for software based bots there are chatbot and socbot.

ChatBot, talkbot, chatterbot, IMbot, interactive agent - can be found on online dating sites, a text based bot.

Whilst, bots on social media, social bot, or socbot - usually seen on different kinds of social media networking platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, MySpace, so on and so forth.

Bots randomly send messages rather than at regular schedules, these are created for a specific purposes for various forms of marketing for instance in advertising, public relations, or in campaigns.

Red flags to identify a bot:
1. Giving you an instant, a super fast, reply.
2. Not speaking naturally, always in full, complete sentences, inordinate amounts of acronyms, slanged words, and emojis.
3. Repeating the same message, bots do have limited responses.
4. Bots' say they don't speak well in your language.
5. Weird placement of syntax, ie. two spaces or punctuation marks, on the message.
6. Disguised sales pitch, promoting some form of brand.
7. Sending a link unasked oftenly seen on dating apps or forums.
8. Asking for personal or financial information.

Nets to bait a bot:
1. Asking them about 'themselves' or throwing weird questions.
2. Use the power of saying these onomatopoeia  'Um...', 'hmmm', and 'uh-huh' fairly can make the bot confused.
3. Use of sarcasm expecting that a bot will respond to it literally.
4. Talk things currently trending in the world.
5. Keep asking why, and the bot will get confused.

4. IoT, Internet of Things, are a household to office type of digital devices, from a security camera to a coffee maker AIs.

As much I'd like to make this page to be monetization type of article using ideas of bots it may sound shady, somehow a rogue, a lot had been able to make money already and fame due to the abilities of these (software) bots, however its not all this artificially-intelligent created entities that we are abusing instead ourselves can lead us to be more confined, think of it.
