Qolfera Clarity Creativity

Qolfera was first coined in November 2009 when I was in my apartment bedroom playing a cheap online games with IRC embedded on it using this small laptop where I can interact lively thru chat. I use to think the personality that Qolfera should manifest distinctly in the crowd since in online games you can have multiple alters as many as you want. First I am having hard time getting the right name that will coincide with its behavior online, thinking of a grandiose persona, cheeky, troll, nothing but to gain everyone's attention. A Queen, funny, queer, eloquent, an astray or feral beasty and I came up with the word 'Qolfera'.

Clarity and Creativity: its sharpness that it want to deliver concisely; giving you a broad information like a seed where you can start to germinate and to share it outside of this zone. If you are currently working in some private companies most of the ideas traveled before it reach you are already filtered like a form of veil that has cloaked something - this is what we wanted to eliminate and to gain a Free World.

'Never let anyone tell your limits and capabilities, aim high': this slogan is pretty to use in all situations especially if your office Boss is in reverse of this slogan, then you must think if your really working in a right company because if only for financial reasons that you stay for more than three or ten years, stagnated, in that company you must asked yourself repeatedly what have you done wrong. Have you consider the word 'Denial' before you said your feeling good.

Fear is a common term that always holding us back and creeping inside hunting us all the time even in our personal hour or resting periods wherein it should not. I quit my (corporate) job and pursue to innovate myself in other things that I know will work for me that I will use productively fiercely rather working on something for someone that I can no longer be happy.
